Frequently Asked Questions

• How do we order?
  • Simply choose one of our pre-designed garlands or mosaic you would like to be created and installed for you! You can also purchase add-on feature balloons which we will expertly insert to your garland.
• How much does delivery cost?
  • We currently offer FREE delivery for anywhere in the Christchurch region. $30 is charged for Rangiora deliveries.
• How do I select Delivery?
  • You’ll be prompted to enter the date and time preference for your delivery at the checkout. We will be in contact within 24 hours of your order to confirm time of delivery and to get details of your event.
• How much notice do you need?
  • We can work with a 1-day lead time! For urgent balloon orders please contact us via email chchballoons@outlook.co.nz 
• How long do the balloons last?
  • Our balloons last for about 4 weeks depending on damage due to physical contact, environmental factors and movement.
• Where are you based?
  • We are based in Rolleston, Selwyn however do not currently offer pick-ups.
